NHB Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility criteria for various posts including Officers and Engineers are available below, go through the listed points to find out your eligibility in terms of education qualification and age limit.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from recognized institutions in relevant fields such as finance, engineering, management, economics, or IT-related disciplines.
Age Limit: One must not be below 21 years and must adhere to specific age limits, typically up to 35 years, with upper age relaxation of 3 and 5 years for OBC and SC/ST, respectively.

NHB Application Fee 2024
The application window for NHB recruitment of Managers, Officers, and other positions has closed (July 19th, 2024). The application fee was ₹875, which could be paid online using debit card, credit card, net banking, or any other available payment gateway.
NHB Selection Process 2024
The selection process for the positions of Manager, Officer, and other roles under the National Housing Board involves two stages: an Online Examination and an Interview. Detailed information is provided below:
Online Examination: Applicants will first be invited to participate in the Online Examination, which is expected to take place in August or September 2024.
Interview: Candidates who pass the Online Examination will be called for the Viva-voce. The final selection list will be prepared based on the candidates’ performance in both stages.
