1. Atma Nirbhar Bharat 1.0

3. Atma Nirbhar Bharat 3.0

More than 61 lakh small entrepreneurs will benefit from this scheme. Because now the limit of Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme has been extended till 31 March 2021. Under this scheme, an additional financial assistance of Rs 3 lakh crore was approved to the entrepreneurs who took loans under the Mudra scheme. Now it has been increased to 2.05 lakhs.

Promotion of Prime Minister’s Urban Housing Scheme –

In the third relief package of self-reliant India, the Modi government has given an additional 18 thousand crore rupees to the Prime Minister’s Urban Housing Scheme. This will benefit 30 families building houses and buying houses in cities. The Finance Minister believes that 78 lakh people will get employment from this assistance amount.

Relief to the construction and infrastructure sector –

The contractors participating in the construction and infrastructure sector will now have to deposit only 3 per cent security deposit. Earlier it was 10 percent. This scheme will be applicable till December 2021. This is likely to lead to rapid growth in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Income tax exemption for home buyers

In this relief package, it has been announced to give income tax exemption to those who build and sell houses and those who buy houses. In this, there is a provision of exemption for the first sale of residential units worth Rs 2 crore. The difference between the circle price and the agreement price was 10 per cent earlier, now it has been reduced to 20 per cent.

Financial assistance to Prime Minister Garib Kalyan Rozgar Yojana –
