Highlights of the Fit India Dialogue program ,

The Prime Minister said that if all the countrymen become aware of fitness, then no one can stop the country from developing India. He appealed to everyone to give half to 1 hour daily for fitness activity. It will give you lifetime benefits even with zero investment. Modi ji talked about brick local think global. He told that his mother always tells him to take turmeric and be active towards health. Also, the Prime Minister told that he eats horseradish or moringa parathas once or twice a week.

Virat Kohli’s idea towards fitness was interesting. He said that he considers fitness sessions more important than practice sessions.
