Aatmanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Mapping (ASEEM) 2021

The Central Government has launched this new Atmanirbhar Kaushal Employee Employer Mapping (ASEEM) portal to help skilled people to find skilled livelihood opportunities. Through this Artificial Intelligence (AI) based digital platform, migrant workers will be able to get jobs as per their skill set. Aseem makes it easy to find jobs near you. If the applicant has proper documents, then that person can apply for the job of delivery boy, cab driver and others.

This Aseem portal based on Artificial Intelligence will provide real-time granular information by identifying relevant skill requirements and employment prospects. It will be an integrated platform to enable growth opportunities for our skilled candidates, employers, training providers and the government which will also help in propelling the economy of our country.

Skill India has launched Atmanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Mapping (ASEEM) portal to help skilled employees to find job opportunities. ASEEM App – Betterplace / NSDC

Through ASEEM App, skilled employees will get jobs from top companies that pay good salaries. Registered candidates will get jobs in Swiggy, Zomato, Ola, Uber and more than 50 companies. Initially active cities include Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi (NCR), Hyderabad. You will only need your mobile number to get employment.

You can download the Aseem App to get full details of how many jobs are available near your location. Other details of jobs like monthly salary, job location, required qualification are also available in the app. Also, one of the officials will call the registered persons and help them to find new job without any charges. This app will help you skilled employees to get you work in new company within 5 days.

NSDC Aseem Portal Lauch by MSDE

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has launched the NSDC Aseem Portal on 10th July 2020. Launching the portal, MSDE Minister Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey said, “The ASEEM portal is envisioned to give a major impetus to our continuous efforts to meet the demand.

Atmanirbhar Skilled Employee Employment Mapping aims to accelerate India’s journey towards recovery by mapping the skilled workforce and linking them to relevant livelihood opportunities especially in the post COVID era.

ASEEM portal will be used as a match-making engine to map skilled workers with available jobs. ASEEM Portal and App will have provision for registration and data upload for workers across job roles, regions and geographies
