It has established 5 Centers of Excellence in Government Colleges with The aim of eKarma is to provide unemployed graduate / post-graduate youth of Haryana upwork.com, Guru.com, freelancer.com Like to educate on freelancing platforms and create freelancing / self employment / employment opportunities.
The eKarma program will cater to educating unemployed graduates and will aim to reduce the unemployment rate by encouraging self-employment through internet based freelancing work opportunities. The objective of the project is to provide 6 months free training to potential freelancers to improve their skill sets and help them earn a sustainable income and have increased financial mobility.

Objective of eKarma Yojana

The objective of the program is to provide free training on digital (latest technology) freelancing skills and help the youth of Haryana to become financially independent.
This program will provide youth with international exposure and an opportunity to earn $$ from the global freelancing market with the ease of working from home.

Who is eligible for this program?
Any Graduate / Post Graduate Domicile of Haryana and within the age limit of 18-30 years are eligible for this program.
College students, recent college graduates, college dropouts are also eligible for this program.
What is the duration of the programme?
The training period is 4-6 months.
But, we need your commitment that you will complete the training program and after the completion of the training will accept the freelancing / self-employment / employment opportunities arranged by the industry partner.
What is the cost of the program?
This training is absolutely free for all eligible candidates.
However, you need to sign MoU that you will accept freelancing / self-employment / employment opportunities arranged by industry partner after completion of training or you will share proof of income earned by you within six months after completion of training
