CAMPUS NOTICE: Emil the Elk caught! After a 500 km summer adventure across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria, Emil was tranquilised near Sattledt, Austria. Wildlife officials fitted him with a GPS tag and released him at the Czech-Austrian border. Emil visited 60 towns, crossed roads, railways, and the Danube River. He even appeared at a heavy metal festival! The young elk became a social media star with 50,000 followers. Officials hope Emil will join the small elk population in Sumava forest, South Bohemia.
