On 27 August 2025, Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated with great devotion in Maharashtra. Bollywood celebrities like Ananya Panday, Jacqueline Fernandez, Riteish Deshmukh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and others welcomed Lord Ganesha with beautifully decorated idols and joyful prayers. The 10-day festival is very important in Maharashtra and includes setting up colorful pandals and singing devotional songs. Devotees pray and celebrate the arrival of Bappa, promising to welcome him again next year. The festival will end with Ganesh Visarjan on 6 September 2025, when idols are immersed in water.
