SaralnamaUrgent notice: A tragic accident occurred on Gular Pavaki Devi road near Rishikesh. A Scorpio car (UK-07AC 3409) carrying five wedding guests fell into a deep ravine. Three young men died: Vimal Kandiyal, Rahul Kaluda, and Ashish Kaluda. Two others, Nikhil Ramola and Tanuj Pundir, were seriously injured and hospitalized. SDRF teams rescued the injured and recovered the bodies. Police are investigating the incident. The accident has cast a pall of sorrow over the region, especially as it happened just before Bhai Dooj. Students are advised to be cautious while traveling on hilly roads.
