The deceased, Faisal from Muzaffarnagar, was an active shooter of the Sanjeev Jeeva gang. Police acted on a tip about a planned robbery. In the exchange of fire, SOG constable Deepak Nirvan was injured. Police recovered two bikes, two pistols, and cartridges from the scene. One accomplice escaped.
