Saralnama2 youths were attacked on Purvanchal Expressway in Sultanpur on Monday. Abhishek Dubey and Updesh Singh from Etawah were returning from Azamgarh when a speeding DCM truck hit their Creta car near milestone 115. When they stopped to talk, 7-8 people from the truck assaulted them with iron rods. Abhishek suffered serious head injuries. Both were taken to Kumarganj hospital for treatment. Police have seized the DCM truck and started an investigation. Dhanpatganj police station in-charge Praveen Yadav confirmed that an FIR will be filed after receiving a written complaint.
