SaralnamaA man was arrested in Bikaner on for robbing a woman judge. Kushal Mehra, 29, and a minor accomplice snatched Judge Pooja Janagal's chain near the Collector's residence. They had earlier stolen a motorcycle from a children's hospital. Police examined over 100 CCTV cameras and questioned suspects before making the arrest. Mehra has two previous cases against him.
