New Power System to End Frequent Outages in JhunjhunuSaralnama

Attention Jhunjhunu residents! No more frequent power cuts. Discom is changing the city's electricity supply system. A new ₹2 crore ringmain system will be ready by December. It will connect Riico GSS to Housing Board 33 kV GSS. This 1.5 km line will provide dual-source supply from 220 kV Pura ki Dhani and 132 kV Manivihar GSSs. Even if Manivihar GSS fails, the city won't go dark. Two new 33 kV GSSs worth ₹6 crore are also approved. These will benefit over 20,000 consumers in areas like Maannagar, Bakra Mod, Railway Station, and Churoo Road.
