Around 11 pm, a fire started on the roof of a closed cafe on Mayo Link Road. The GPO premises saw a dry tree catch fire at 6 am. Fires also occurred near Gyanodaya Tirth Madar, railway station platform 6, Panchauli Chowk, Vaishali Nagar, and Topdara. No major damage or casualties were reported.
