Five brain exercises are suggested to enhance attention and focus. These include reading color names written in mismatched ink, such as the word 'Blue' written in red ink; counting backwards from 100 while skipping every seventh number; writing with the non-dominant hand for five minutes; practicing a breathing technique involving inhaling for four seconds, holding for seven, and exhaling for eight while visualizing numbers; and placing five random objects around oneself.
