A serious harassment complaint has surfaced from, Sector-75, Noida., resident of the society, has accused a male gym trainer of touching her without consent during a workout session, despite her repeated objections. She stated the behaviour made her feel unsafe and violated.
The gym, operated by UFTULTRA Facility Management Pvt. Ltd., is also accused of running without licenses, police verification, POSH Committee, fire safety approvals or qualified trainers. The complainant says management ignored her earlier written complaint and allegedly tried to intimidate her.
She has requested the Noida DM and Women’s Cell to file an FIR and investigate safety violations. Authorities are examining the case.
