The Noida Authority has started a campaign against housing developers who haven't paid their dues. They are putting up hoardings near defaulting projects, showing developers' names. This began with Lotus Panache and Supertech Eco City. The list will also be on the Authority's website. CEO Dr Lokesh M says it's to inform the public, not punish developers. Many developers owe crores of rupees. Only 35 out of 57 developers have paid 25% of their dues under a new scheme. The Authority collected ₹528.13 crore, allowing 5,758 flats to be registered. They plan to take stronger action against those who haven't paid. To check if your housing project has dues, visit the Noida Authority's official website.
