Two killers of Noida software engineer Ankit Chauhan received life sentences on in New Delhi. A Special CBI Court convicted Shashank Jadon and Manoj Kumar for the 2015 murder. The court fined Jadon ₹70,000 and Kumar ₹50,000. CBI took over the case in after an Allahabad High Court order. They arrested the accused in. Chauhan was shot in his car in Noida Sector 76, just 34 days after his wedding. The case moved from Ghaziabad to Delhi in 2019. CBI's investigation included a ₹5 lakh reward for case information.
