Noida, Sep 30, 2025 — LED TV manufacturing will soon start in Noida, giving a major boost to both employment and the state’s economy.
UP MSME Cabinet Minister Rakesh Sachan on Tuesday encouraged companies to expand large-scale electronics production in the district.
During a meeting, Ekka Electronics Chairman Chandra Prakash Gupta confirmed discussions with the minister about setting up a plant in Phase-2 Noida.
The project is expected to create around 2,500 jobs for local youth, while also ensuring affordable LED TVs for domestic markets.
Officials said the move will strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s economy by reducing dependency on imports and increasing local production.
At the Greater Noida Expo Centre, the minister also appreciated innovative products, including wireless speakers with 4-hour backup and a 100-inch LED TV, showcased by companies.
This upcoming initiative positions Noida as a growing hub for electronics manufacturing in India.
