6 June 2024, Ghaziabad,: In a shocking incident early Thursday morning, a major fire broke out in Vasundhara Sector-1, Ghaziabad, due to an air conditioner (AC) blast. The incident occurred at around 5:30 AM and put the lives of residents at risk while causing significant property damage.

The fire started in the flat of Ranveer Singh, located on the first floor of a two-story residential building. The AC blast triggered the fire, which quickly engulfed the flat. Rahul Pal, Chief Fire Officer, stated, “We received a call from Ranveer Singh around 5:30 AM, reporting a fire in his flat. Our teams reached the spot immediately and found the first floor engulfed in flames. We acted swiftly and managed to douse the fire before it could spread further.” The quick response from the fire department helped contain the fire, ensuring the safety of other residents in the building.
