SaralnamaHodal police arrested 7 people for shooting Rohit and his mother Geeta on night. The attackers, led by Ganpat and Devendra, fired at Rohit while he was digging a hole. Geeta was shot when she came out hearing gunshots. Police recovered 4 country-made pistols and 2 motorcycles from the accused. SP Varun Singla said the attack was due to an old rivalry, as Rohit had previously shot and injured Devendra. Police are searching for remaining suspects.
