Saralnama, an assistant professor at GTB Hospital in Delhi was arrested for molesting an MBBS student. Dr. Mo. Shakir Naim from the Anesthesia Department allegedly took the student to a secluded spot under the pretext of a viva exam and physically harassed her. He threatened her when she protested. The student reported the incident to her classmate and later filed a complaint at GTB Enclave police station. After the FIR was registered, the accused fled but was caught in Rewari, Haryana using technical surveillance. He has been sent to jail.
