SaralnamaKangra police arrested a liquor smuggler in Dharamshala. During a vehicle check on Saladi Link Road, officers stopped an Innova car and found 24 boxes of illegal country liquor. The driver, Hoshiar Singh from Basa village, was immediately arrested. Police seized 278 bottles of VRV Santra brand liquor and the Innova car used for smuggling. A case under the Excise Act was registered at Kangra police station. Police stated that patrols, traffic checks, and roadblocks will continue to curb drug trade in the district.
