Indore Police Commissioner Santosh Kumar Singh honoured 52 officers and personnel with commendation certificates and cash rewards for their exemplary work across various police stations. The crime branch team led by ACP Devendra Singh Dhurve and inspector Jitendra Chauhan was recognised for arresting a notorious female drug trafficker and seizing 516 grams of brown sugar worth Rs 1 crore and Rs 48.5 lakh in cash. Officers from Azad Nagar and Malharganj police stations were commended for tracing kidnapping victims and arresting accused individuals. Several others were honoured for notable contributions in law and order duties, solving a blind murder case, arresting robbery suspects, and recovering stolen chains during traffic duty. The awards acknowledged efforts in tracing missing minors, handling POCSO cases, and maintaining public safety.
