What is the fitment factor at present
At present, the fitment factor of central employees is according to 2.57 percent (DA Hike)! If it is assumed that in 4200 grade pay, one gets a basic salary of Rs 15,500! So his total salary will be 15,500×2.57 i.e. Rs 39,835. In the Sixth Pay Commission, DA (Dearness Allowance) fitment ratio was recommended to be 1.86.
