On 27 Aug 2025, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin flew to Bihar to join Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Voter Adhikar Yatra. Stalin and DMK MP Kanimozhi took part in a rally on National Highway 57 near Darbhanga. The yatra aims to highlight issues with voter list revisions in Bihar. Stalin spoke at the rally supporting the campaign against alleged unfair changes by the Election Commission. After the event, Stalin and Kanimozhi returned to Chennai the same day. The DMK has been critical of the voter list changes, saying they remove many anti-BJP voters. This visit shows the DMK's support for opposition unity and voter rights in Bihar.
