The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will release the results for the Company Secretary Executive and Professional examinations for the June 2025 session on August 25, 2025. Candidates can check their results on the official ICSI website, icsi.edu, by logging in with their 17-digit registration number. The Professional Programme results will be declared at 11 AM, followed by the Executive Programme results at 2 PM. Results will include candidate names, roll numbers, subject-wise marks, aggregate scores, and qualifying status. To qualify, candidates must score at least 40% in each paper and 50% overall. No physical mark sheets will be issued online; however, physical result-cum-marks statements for the Professional Programme will be sent to candidates’ registered addresses, while Executive Programme candidates can download e-Result-cum-Marks Statements from the website. The June 2025 exams were conducted from June 1 to 10, with the Executive exam held from June 1 to 8.
