The BJP has appointed Booth-Level Agents for all 1.62 lakh polling stations and submitted lists for 205 of 403 Assembly seats. The party established war rooms at Assembly, district, and state levels to monitor agents' work daily. Elected representatives serve as booth supervisors for coordination and issue resolution. The party is setting up one Shakti Kendra for every five polling booths, where district office-bearers physically monitor operations. Workers have been provided 2002 electoral rolls to ensure every eligible person registers by November 9, with ground mobilization beginning November 12. The election management department oversees all war room operations, ensuring cohesive coordination across the state's extensive organizational network.
Opposition Parties' Vigilance and Outreach Efforts
The Samajwadi Party created a dedicated website for district presidents to share daily BLA details and work updates. Helpline numbers at block, district, and Assembly levels will assist voters with enumeration forms. The party focuses on protecting Pichchda, Dalit, Alpsankhyak (PDA) voters from deletion. Akhilesh Yadav will meet district presidents on November 10 to discuss strategy. The BSP prepared a three-page simplified booklet from Election Commission guidelines for its Dalit voter base, while Muslim and OBC committees create community awareness. The Congress established WhatsApp groups for BLAs monitored by district office-bearers and set up a war room at its Lucknow headquarters, finalizing agents for most booths while emphasizing the Election Commission's responsibility for fair rolls.
