NOTICE: Bihar's women-to-men voter ratio drops to 892:1000. Total voters: 7.43 crore (3.92 crore men, 3.5 crore women, 1,725 third gender). 15 out of 32 districts show decline in gender ratio. Women voters increased by only 1.27 lakh vs 4.18 lakh men since 2020. Women now 47.05% of voters, down from 47.86% in 2011 Census. Bhagalpur has highest ratio (939:1000), West Champaran lowest (872:1000). Gopalganj saw biggest drop (952 to 886). JD(U) claims women's poll participation improving.
