Schools in Jammu, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh will remain closed from 27 August 2025 due to heavy rains and floods. Jammu division schools are closed for the third day as flood-like conditions continue. Punjab schools, both government and private, will be shut from 27 to 30 August.
