The National Testing Agency will close online registration for JEE Mains Exam 2026 Session 1 on November 27, 2025, at 9 pm. Eligible students can submit their applications through the official portal at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The examination is scheduled to take place from January 21 to January 30, 2026, across two daily shifts. A correction window will be available from December 1 to December 2, 2025, allowing candidates to update specific details such as name, date of birth, category, exam city preference, and language medium. The test will be conducted in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Students must complete registration before the deadline, as no extensions will be granted. Any corrections made during the designated window require payment through credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.

Registration Process and Correction Details

To register, candidates must visit jeemain.nta.nic.in and click the JEE Mains Session 1 Exam 2026 link. After creating an account, students should log in, complete the application form, pay the required fee, and download the confirmation page for future reference. The correction facility opens on December 1 and closes on December 2, 2025. During this period, applicants can modify details including candidate name, parent names, class 10 and 12 information, state eligibility code, exam city selection, medium of examination, date of birth, gender, category, sub-category, signature, and Aadhaar details. Additional fees for corrections must be paid through credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI. After the correction window closes, no further changes will be accepted under any circumstances.
