O.P. Jindal School in Angul hosted a dedicated programme focused on cyber safety and awareness for its students. The event featured senior police officials who educated students about various digital threats and safe online practices. Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sahu, the school principal, welcomed the guests including Upasana Padhi, Additional Superintendent of Police, and Jignyasa Behera, Deputy Superintendent of Police from the District Intelligence Bureau, along with their team from the Industrial Police Station in Nisha, Angul. Students were shown a video message from Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi. The officers conducted detailed sessions covering critical topics such as hacking, SIM swapping, phishing, and online piracy. The programme aimed to make students aware of potential cyber threats and how to protect themselves in the digital world. Dr. Sahu concluded the event by thanking the Police Department for organizing this important educational initiative at the school.
