The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) has announced the examination timetable for Class 10 and Class 12 board exams for the year 2026. Students preparing for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examinations can now access the complete schedule on the official MBOSE website at mbose.in. The Class 10 exams will take place between January 30, 2026, and February 11, 2026, with papers scheduled from 10 AM to 1 PM. For Class 12 students, the examinations are set to begin on February 18, 2026, and will continue until March 13, 2026, with papers conducted from 10 AM to 12 PM. The board has also provided specific instructions regarding examination hall timings, question paper distribution, and answer script procedures. Students are advised to download the datesheet and prepare accordingly for the upcoming board examinations.

Examination Schedule and Important Timings

The MBOSE Class 10 board examinations will run from January 30, 2026, to February 11, 2026, with a three-hour duration from 10 AM to 1 PM. Class 12 examinations will be held between February 18, 2026, and March 13, 2026, lasting two hours from 10 AM to 12 PM. Vocational subject papers will have a shorter duration of one hour, scheduled from 10 AM to 11 AM. The examination halls will open at 9:30 AM each day. Question papers will be distributed to students at 9:45 AM, followed by answer scripts at 9:50 AM. Students will begin writing their exams at 10 AM.
