Noida, 05 July 2024:  Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) has announced a one-year Apprenticeship training program in accordance with the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act of 1973. The application period will begin on July 10th, 2024. This information is intended for TANGEDCO employees interested in the recruitment process.

TANGEDCO is looking for qualified candidates to fill 500 Technician (Diploma) Apprentice positions for the year 2024-25. If you hold an Engineering Diploma and graduated between 2020 and 2023, you can apply online. This one-year training program falls under the 1973 Apprenticeship Amendment Act. As an apprentice, you’ll earn a monthly stipend of ₹8000 while gaining valuable experience in your chosen field.

Age Limit:

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a Diploma in Engineering or technology recognized by the State Council or Board of Technical Education under the State government, granted by a University in the relevant discipline, or accredited by an institution recognized by the central or state government.

Exclusion:
Candidates currently undergoing any other form of training or apprenticeship are ineligible for participation in this apprenticeship program.
