Classes start July-August. Students can enroll. Institutions submitted affidavits accepting responsibility for any violations. ODL programs must follow territorial jurisdiction and learner support center policies. Online programs cannot be franchised. Category-1 institutions can offer ODL programs as long as they maintain their status.
