Indore | September 22, 2025 — The national convention PharmaVision-2025 concluded at Oxford International College, Indore, highlighting the theme “Indian Pharmacist: Innovation to Impact for Viksit Bharat@2047.”
The two-day event witnessed participation from over 800 pharmacy students, faculty members, industry professionals, and international delegates from Nepal, making it one of the year’s most significant pharmacy gatherings.
The inaugural session was attended by Shri Inder Singh Parmar, Higher Education, Technical Education, and Ayush Minister, Madhya Pradesh Government, who urged young pharmacists to focus on innovation and dedication.
He was joined by Dr Virendra Solanki, National General Secretary of ABVP, who emphasized the role of students in shaping India’s future healthcare ecosystem through knowledge and responsibility.
The event was convened by Dr Priya Jain, Principal of Oxford International College (Pharmacy), with strong support from Adv. Akshanshu Tiwari, Chairman of the College.
Under the guidance of National Convener Aniket Shelke and State Convener Ms Kamaksha Gaud, the convention hosted poster presentations, model demonstrations, and competitions like Pharmapreneur Challenge and Pharma Quiz.
Cultural programs were also organized, adding a traditional touch and encouraging students to connect their heritage with modern pharmaceutical innovations.
At the valedictory session, Mr Arjun Deshpande, CEO of Generic Aadhar Pharma Retail Chain, inspired students with his entrepreneurial journey in affordable healthcare solutions.
The session also featured Indore Mayor Adv. Pushyamitra Bhargav and Shri Devadutta Joshi, National Co-Organising Secretary of ABVP, who distributed prizes to outstanding participants.
Prominent personalities including Shri Chetas Sukhadiya, Dr Akshay Tiwari, Shri Sandeep Vaishnav, Dr Punit K Dwivedi, Dr Neha Sharma Chowdhury, and Shantanu Tiwari added weight to the discussions.
The convention concluded as a celebration of ambition, collaboration, and innovation, sparking motivation among young pharmacists to contribute to India’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
