Justin Langer, coach of Lucknow Super Giants, spoke about Rishabh Pant’s famous 89 not out at the Gabba in January 2021. Langer said the pitch then was very flat and not as challenging as usual. Pant’s innings helped India win the Test series in Australia for the first time. Langer also praised Pant’s fighting spirit during the tough IPL 2025 season, despite Pant scoring only 151 runs.
