Yashasvi Jaiswal will play for West Zone in the Duleep Trophy semifinal at Bengaluru from 4 to 7 September 2025. He can become the first player to score three double centuries in the Duleep Trophy if he achieves this in the tournament. So far, six players, including Jaiswal, have scored two double centuries each in this tournament. Jaiswal scored 228 runs in the quarterfinal and 265 runs in the final last year. He is also the fastest Indian to reach 2000 Test runs and scored 412 runs in the recent Test series. This season, he will try to add a historic record to his name in the Duleep Trophy.
