Anderson broke the record of Michael Hogan, who was 41 years and 86 days old. Anderson took the wickets of Dawid Malan and Dan Lawrence early in the match. He bowled 20 balls and gave 30 runs. His bowling helped restrict Northern Superchargers to 139 for 8. Manchester Originals chased the target with Jos Buttler scoring 70 runs.
