India T20 captain Suryakumar Yadav has recovered well after his third surgery in three years. He had sports hernia surgery in Munich in June and then did rehab at BCCI's Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru. The 34-year-old said he feels good after following a careful rehab plan with support from coaches and physios. He praised the large and well-equipped BCCI facility. Suryakumar will lead India in the Asia Cup in the UAE next month. He was diagnosed with the injury near the end of IPL 2025 and had faced a similar problem last year. His rehab focused on steady progress and tailored workouts. This surgery followed an ankle operation in 2023 and a previous sports hernia surgery in 2024. The BCCI Centre of Excellence has many practice wickets and grounds, helping players train well. Suryakumar’s recovery shows the importance of structured rehab and expert care for athletes.
