Nine new members joined the Apex Council, selected through the electoral process to serve the association for the upcoming term.

Following the results, Naik expressed gratitude on social media, acknowledging support from political leaders and dedicating the victory to Mumbai's cricket community including men and women cricketers. Meanwhile, Bharat Kini won the position to preside over Mumbai T20 meetings, defeating Kishore Jain. Nine new members were elected to the Apex Council through votes cast by 362 association members. Top vote-getters included Sandeep Vichare with 247 votes, Suraj Samat with 246 votes, and both Kadam Vignesh and Milind Narvekar receiving 242 votes each. The newly formed leadership will serve from 2025 to 2028.
