Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles will honour India's Women's Cricket Team with the first units of its new Sierra SUV, celebrating their victory at the ICC Women's World Cup 2025. The iconic Sierra nameplate returns as a modern 5-door family SUV, scheduled to launch in India on November 25. The redesigned vehicle features a panoramic sunroof, connected LED taillights, flush door handles, and has been teased in a striking red finish. This announcement highlights the growing recognition of women athletes in India. The tournament saw record prize money of INR 123 crore, nearly four times the 2022 edition's amount. India's victory earned them approximately INR 40 crore in prize money, while the BCCI awarded an additional INR 51 crore to the team. The Women in Blue overcame a fourth-place league finish to triumph in the knockout stages.

Sierra SUV Gift and Historic Tournament Rewards
The ICC Women's World Cup 2025 featured a record prize pool of INR 123 crore, nearly quadruple the INR 31 crore from the 2022 New Zealand edition and exceeding the 2023 Men's World Cup prize of INR 89 crore. As champions, India received approximately INR 40 crore, while runners-up South Africa earned close to INR 20 crore—significantly more than Australia's INR 12 crore in 2022. The BCCI further awarded the team INR 51 crore, with individual players and head coach Amol Muzumdar reportedly receiving INR 2-3 crore each, and support staff earning between INR 20-30 lakh. The team's next assignment is an all-format series against Australia between February and March.
