South Africa's cricket team faces major changes for their Pakistan tour starting in Rawalpindi. David Miller is out of the T20I series due to a hamstring strain, while Gerald Coetzee will miss all white-ball matches because of a pectoral muscle injury. Kwena Maphaka is also ruled out with a hamstring issue. Donovan Ferreira will now captain the T20I squad. Matthew Breetzke and Tony de Zorzi join the T20I team, with Ottneil Baartman replacing Coetzee in ODIs. Breetzke retains his role as ODI captain.
