Afghan cricketer Rahmat Shah will miss the final ODI against Bangladesh and the Test match against Zimbabwe due to a leg injury. The Afghanistan Cricket Board announced this. Rahmat strained his left calf muscles during the second ODI against Bangladesh on at Abu Dhabi. He needs several weeks of rehab for a high-grade calf tear. Afghanistan has already won the ODI series against Bangladesh. Rahmat scored 50 runs in the first ODI. Ikram Alikhil replaces Rahmat in the playing XI. The one-off Test against Zimbabwe starts on in Harare. Rahmat has played 125 ODIs and 11 Tests for Afghanistan. To prevent such injuries, players should warm up properly before matches.
