SaralnamaA tailor's throat was cut with a saw by his neighbor in Sankara village, Balod district, Chhattisgarh on around 9 PM. The attack followed a minor dispute after Govardhan Puja. The victim, Shivkumar Sahu (35), was rushed to Narsingh Hospital in critical condition. Doctors performed emergency surgery to stop blood loss. The accused, Domendra Kumar Sahu (20), fled but was quickly arrested by Balod police. He faces charges under sections 296, 351(3), and 109 of the BNS Act. The victim remains in ICU.
