NTA Issued Important Notice Regarding NEET Result 2021, Correction Deadline Also Extended

NEET 2021 Result Update: The result of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 is under process and will be released soon. Meanwhile, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has again extended the deadline for correction in the details of Phase I and II and also issued an important notice regarding the NEET result. Candidates who have filled the application process and even updated their Phase-II registration details are advised to keep an eye on the official website neet.nta.nic.in.

Correction window 14 October Extended till 11:50 pm

According to the latest update, the correction window has now been extended till 11:50 pm on October 14, 2021. Students are advised to re-check and correct the information shared in the fields of Gender Nationality, Email Address, Category, Sub-Category and Second Phase (if required). Correction facility is also available for those students who have done one-time correction earlier

NEET Result 2021: Important Updates

  • In the latest notice, NTA has informed that the scanned copy of OMR answer booklet of the candidates along with the scorecard (result) will be sent to the registered email address. This is the same email address that the candidates have used and provided in their application form.
  • While advising all the candidates, NTA has asked all the students to re-check and cross-check their registered e-mail address in the application form.
  • There is no update on the release date of NEET answer key. It is likely that the answer key will be released only after the closure of the correction window. Hence, it can be expected that the answer key may be released by October 15.
  • As per the past trend, NTA will give around 36 to 48 hours to the students to raise the objections on the provisional answer key released. After the objections are received, they will be verified and the final answer key will be prepared accordingly. The result of NEET 2021 will be based on the final answer key thus prepared.
