DU AND Admission 2021: Delhi University has received 43 thousand 412 applications under the second cut-off list on the second day of undergraduate admission. According to the official data, a total of 10 thousand 593 applications have been approved by the principal and 3 thousand 213 students have paid the fees. Students who did not secure a seat in the previous admission round can apply as fresh candidates. The process of admission in DU under the second cut off list will end on October 13 i.e. today. Students securing the minimum marks required for admission in the cut-off list will have to login to their student dashboard to select their course and college. Students who get their application approved by the principal will have to pay the admission fee within the stipulated time.

As per DU’s admission guidelines, students are not allowed to choose multiple programs and colleges for admission in a particular cut-off list. Hence, students can change their preferences in the second admission round.
Admission is to be done on 70 thousand seats in DU
Delhi University is conducting the admission process for about 70 thousand seats for the academic year 2021-22. Through DU 1st cut-off list, 36 thousand 130 students have got admission in various courses. A total of 60 thousand 904 applications were received by the university in the first round of admission. DU’s second cut-off list for admission to various undergraduate (UG) courses was released on October 9. The second cut-off list saw a slight drop between 0.25 and 1.25 percentage points across various courses. DU will release three more cut-off lists and special cut-off lists based on the availability of seats.
