NEET Phase 2 2021: NTA Has Issued This Important Notification Regarding Documents, Check Here

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET 2021 Phase 2 registration process for Under Graduate, UG examination has started from 1 October 2021. According to the latest update, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an important notification regarding uploading of documents. According to the notification, no document should be uploaded while filling the application. The notification is visible as a flash message on the official website neet.nta.nic.in.

Earlier NO asked the candidates to upload 4 documents

It is noteworthy that NEET 2021 Phase-2 registration will end on October 10, 2021. When the registration process was started, NTA had informed the candidates to upload all the personal details, additional details, educational details and even documents. It involved filling 57 columns and uploading 4 documents.

In the new notification, only the details have been asked to fill

However, the exam conducting body has now stated that candidates need to fill only the details as asked and there is no need to upload the documents. The flash message on the official site reads, “Note: No document is required to be uploaded for filling the second phase of online application form for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2021.

NEET 2021 Important Dates for Phase 2

  1. Phase-2 registration start date – 1 October 2021
  2. Last date of registration for second phase – 10 October 2021

These documents were requested earlier

Candidates should note that the documents that were initially required for NEET 2021 Phase 2 registration include Category Certificate, Disability (PwD) Certificate, Class 10 Certificate and Citizenship Certificate.

However, the new notification may mean that candidates will have to submit these documents at a later stage, probably during the counseling process. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.
