UGC NET Exam 2021 Rescheduled, Check Here By When Admit Card Will Be Issued

National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the exam dates of UGC NET 2021. According to the revised dates, the examinations will now be held from 17 October 2021 to 25 October 2021. Candidates are advised to visit the official website to check the latest updates. Let us know that the upcoming exam will be conducted in December 2020 and June 2021 for both cycles.

At the same time, NTA has not posted any update regarding the issuance of UGC NET 2021 admit card for the revised schedule. As per the earlier trend, the admit cards for the UGC NET exam were issued 22 to 29 days before the exam date. Hence, it is expected that it will be available at least 10 days before the date of first exam.

UGC NET 2021: How to Download Admit Card

  • First of all go to the official NTA UGC NET 2021 website ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
  • Scroll down the page and search for the link to download UGC NET 2021 admit card.
  • Click on the link, after which a new page will open
  • Now on the login page, candidates have to enter application number, date of birth and security pin.
  • After verifying the mobile number and email ID, click on the ‘Download Admit Card’ button.
  • UGC NET 2021 admit card will appear on the screen.
  • Download it and take a printout of it for future reference.

by post will not be sent admit card

Candidates should note that no admit card will be sent through post. The hall ticket has to be downloaded from the official website only. If a candidate is unable to download the admit card, they can contact the NTA helpline number between 9:30 am to 5:30 pm or send their issue through email to [email protected] can.

The candidates have to appear for the exam based on the date, time, shift, exam center etc mentioned in the admit card. After downloading the admit card, read the instructions carefully and follow them on the day of the exam.

UGC NET 2021 Exam Pattern

The question paper of UGC NET 2021 is divided into Paper I and Paper II. The first paper contains 50 MCQs and carries a total of 100 marks. Similarly, Paper II has 100 questions with a maximum of 200 marks. UGC NET 2021 Syllabus is available on the official website. Candidates must ensure that their preparation should be based on the topics mentioned in the syllabus.

Answer key will be issued after the exam

Right after the completion of the exam, NTA will release the answer key of UGC NET 2021. This answer key will be provisional and candidates will also get a chance to challenge against it. Based on the challenges received, the final UGC NET 2021 answer-key will be published after which the result of UGC NET 2021 will be declared.
