Success Story Of IAS Topper Jagrati Awasthi: Today we will tell you the story of Jagriti Awasthi, who achieved All India Rank 2 in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2020. Jagriti, who hails from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, had a dream of becoming a collector since childhood. Jagriti, who was a topper in studies from the beginning, worked in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) for a few years after completing her engineering degree, but then she started preparing for UPSC. He made a better strategy for the civil service and due to hard work, he fulfilled the dream of becoming an IAS in just 2 years.

Jagriti joined Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) after completing her B.Tech from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal after Intermediate. He worked there from 2017-2019, but then started preparing for UPSC to fulfill the dream of becoming a childhood collector and working in social sectors. He gave his first attempt with a job, in which he did not get success. Then he left the job. After this she devoted herself completely and started preparing for UPSC. She was determined that she would fulfill her dream in any case.
Keep yourself motivated in the era of Corona
Jagriti Awasthi told that the coaching centers were closed during the difficult times of Kovid, yet it was really necessary to keep oneself motivated at home. He studied for 8 to 10 hours in the beginning. Eventually it increased to 10 to 12 hours and increased it to 12 to 14 hours about two months before the exam. He also took the help of internet for preparation. The most important thing was that he learned from the failures in the first attempt and did better in the second attempt. Finally, in the second attempt, he fulfilled his dream of civil service by securing All India Rank 2.

Awakening advice to other candidates
Jagriti believes that if you are preparing for UPSC, then you have to constantly motivate yourself. No matter how difficult the circumstances, you have to overcome them all and move towards your goal. She believes that if you get into UPSC with the right planning, you will get success quickly. She advises all other people to work hard and adopt a positive attitude.
