QS Employability Ranking 2022: IIT Bombay No. 1, IISc Bangalore and 6 IITs in Top 500 in Indian Institute Rankings

According to the 2022 QS Graduate Employability Ranking, IIT-Bombay graduates have the best job prospects in Indian universities, with IIT-Bombay in the top 22% out of 550 institutions across the world. The ranking was released on 23 September  2021. This time  Institute has improved its performance and has reached the rank of 101-110 for the year 2021. Last year IIT Bombay was ranked between 111-120 in the QS rankings.

Employers Reputation given utmost importance

Quacquarelli Symonds or QS Graduate Employability Ranking 2022 has been released by Quacquarelli Symonds, a British company. The QS ranking is based on several factors such as Employer Reputation, Graduation Outcome, Partnership with Alumni Outcome Employees, and Connection between Employer and Students. Employers Reputation has been given the most importance among all the parameters. This year, Massachusetts Institute of Technology or MIT has topped the QS Employability Ranking 2022.

टॉप 150 में IIT-दिल्ली भी शामिल

Among other Indian institutes in the top 150  IIT-Delhi has also improved its ranking in the list for 2022. Where IIT Delhi was ranked 151-160 in 2020, it has reached 131-140 rank in 2021. IIT Madras is among the top 200 in the Graduate Employment Rankings released on Thursday. MIT, Stanford and the University of California top the list of 50,000 employers surveyed by QS for rankings.

p style="text-align: justify;">3 Indian Central University also made it to the list

Three central universities- Delhi University, Mumbai University and Calcutta University have made it to the list. Private universities in the list include OP Jindal Global University, Sonepat and BITS Pilani.
